1. You should have a website. This can be your personal site, a page for your character, guildpage, web journal, blog, etc.

2. The code must be on your site. It should be placed in a prominent place such as a "rings" page or the splash page, link page, etc. What I mean is that I should be able to easily enter your site and find the code within two clicks. You will not be added to the members list on this site until you have the link on your page.

3. NO: hentai sites, R rated sites, racism, porn, hate sites of any nature, or sites that violate Alleria's rules or is otherwise harmful to the playing community.

4. NO: StIcKy CaPs. It's annoying. :-)
