The Ad Removal Terms of Service
NOTE: You MUST first read and ACCEPT the User License.
The Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package Terms of Service is an agreement
between TBNS and any user or visitor who accesses any services, in any way,
offered by TBNS and desires to purchase the Advertisement Removal Upgrade
Package as outlined in the Upgrade Packages page. Before continuing using the
services we offer, you must accept the terms stated below. When you have
completed reading the Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package Terms of Service,
you may then choose to Accept or Refuse the Advertisement Removal Upgrade
Package Terms of Service.
If you AGREE to ALL the Terms of Service (below) and the Web Hosting Terms of
Service, you may then proceed to purchase the Advertisement Removal Upgrade
Package.
If you DISAGREE with ANY part of the Terms of Service, you disagree to its
entirety and you may not purchase the Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package.
If you do not agree to the Terms of Service and you proceed to purchase the
Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package, you release all ownership to published
content, you release TBNS from liability in any situation, you release TBNS from
any responsibility to the purchase of the Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package,
whether technical, physical, financial or otherwise.
Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package: Terms of Service
1. You, the Purchaser of the Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package, agree and
acknowledge that TBNS may have unplanned and
unpreventable downtime. TBNS makes NO claim to uptime performance. Purchaser
shall not hold TBNS liable for any downtime.
2. Purchaser agrees and acknowledges TBNS to be free from all liability in
relation to the Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package purchased. TBNS shall not
be liable for downtime, loss of revenue, loss of data and/or any undesirable
effects which may arise from the use of services provided by TBNS.
3. Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that TBNS may choose to reject any account
which violates the User License in any way, shape or form. The account with
which the Purchaser wishes to be used in conjunction with the Advertisement
Removal Upgrade Package must meet the requirements of the User License,
including, but not limited to, adult nature of the actual name or site, and
illegal content as stated in the name or published on the site.
4. Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that the account which will be used with
the Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package meet the requirements as stated in the
User License AND the Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package: Terms of Service.
5. As stated in the Upgrade Packages page, the Purchaser agrees and acknowledges
that the Annual $12.00 US DOLLAR Fee, charged by TBNS for the Advertisement
Removal Upgrade Package, is a non-refundable fee, and will not be refunded under
any circumstances. In no situation shall the Annual $12.00 US DOLLAR
Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package Annual Fee be refunded or returned to the
Purchaser.
6. The Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that the Advertisement Removal Upgrade
Package cost covers only setup fees. Furthermore, Purchaser agrees and
acknowledges that any requests for features beyond those stated in the
Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package are subject to additional fees.
7. Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that they, the purchaser of the
Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package, have read, comprehended and agreed to all
terms and conditions as stated in BOTH the Web Hosting Terms of Service and the
Advertisement Removal Upgrade Package: Terms of Service.
