Friday's episode of Lone Gunmen was really good. They were trying to catch this smuggler guy who was really into tango, so Eve ended up as his partner for a competition. In the first half it seemed like it was just an implausible excuse for Eve to tango with some evil guy, but the plot really was good for the second half. I only watch it for Eve anymore. (Technichally her name should be spelled "Yves" because for some reason the letters in all her aliases can be reworked to spell Lee Harvey Oslwald, but that's just dumb. Yves is a man's name.) She's beautiful but not blonde, not girly. According to cast bios, the actress who plays her is a mix of Indian, Iranian, Burmese, Scottish, and English. So that's where she got that hair. She wears black most of the time. She uses her looks to help her get what she wants, but she never goes farther than that. She's always in control of the situation. The only person she shows any feeling for is Jimmy, because he's the only one who's simple and pure enough to care about her despite the fact that she uses the Lone Gunmen for her own gain.
Feeling: calm Eating: a bagel with the last of the nutella (sob!) Wearing: a nightgown (it's early) Song in my head: "I Feel Fine" by the Beatles Reading: Woodswoman Listening to: The Beatles' One (Hey! Did you realize that the four vultures in that movie The Jungle Book were a parody of the Beatles? Mom pointed it out the other day and now I need to go back and watch it. It makes sense. The accents, the hair in the eyes, the singing...) Link for today: Lone Gunmen May 4
