I will be so glad when all the college applications are safely in the mail and out of my hands forever. At least then the work is over, if not the wait.

Callie and Christine and I went to see Harry Potter on Friday, huzzah! And we all wore cloaks like the mad people we are. And Callie and I were both swooning over Oliver Wood, proving that I am NOT the only person on this Earth who thinks he's gorgeous. The actor looks really silly in pictures, though - you have to hear the accent and see him in that wool sweater. It's all about the sweater he wears in the first movie. Mmmm.

I think we get to have Thanksgiving at our house this year. It'll only be for three other relatives or so, and I love playing hostess, so hopefully I'll be able to talk my mother into it. As long as she does the turkey, I think I can manage everything else.

At the Moment...

Reading: The Fellowship of the Ring. Why didn't I get hooked on this the first time through?
Link for today: the ever-fabulous Digital Traditions
Picture for today: The Riders of the Sidhe by John Duncan. He was a Scottish guy who did some really cool paintings of mythological people and such.
Highlight of my day: going to the Friends Meeting, actually
