Friend, let me tell you how I came up with this idea. Several years ago my father passed away leaving not much more than a few old photographs. As I talked to old friends of my father, I learned many amazing and outstanding things that I never knew. Some made me laugh. Others made me cry. Well, it was then that I decided that I did not want my mother to pass away without leaving facts about her life, thus leaving me with more memories of her. The first printed copy of Forever Yours went to my mother and she now has much of it completed. I only wished Forever Yours was around while my father and grandparents were living. Even if I had known everything about them, I would still love to sit down and read about their lives told in their own words. These would have been books I would never grow tired of reading.

I may not be able to leave memories of any great accomplishments I did, but I will be remembered. My life story will be recorded and passed down to my children and their children.

After years of hard work and preparation it is finally finished. There is nothing asked anyone would find embarrassing to answer, but you may choose not to answer any by simply leaving it blank. It’s your book, your life and your memories. You are the author.
