Formatting: Scripts
Since all scripts will
be placed on the web-site, it is essential that all writers and editors structure
the script in the correct way so that the conversion of word document to HTML
is succesful. The information below provides all the necessary details on how
to structure each script. The example of "Buffy #01: Stone Cold" is
typed in gray.
Create a new word document
[ .doc ] and save the file by the show's first letter [ A | B | R ] and it's
two-digit episode number [ 01 - 22 ], not by episode title.
B01.doc
Add
the following HTML to the very start of the script, inserting the relevant show
title, episode number, episode title, writers and editors names:
<font size="2" face="Arial" color="#566B76"><b>[
SHOW TITLE ] #[ EPISODE NUMBER ]: [ EPISODE TITLE ]</b><br></font>
<font size="2" face="Arial" color="#000000"><b>Written
by [ WRITER NAME A ] & [ WRITER NAME B ]</B><br></font>
<font size="2" face="Arial" color="#000000"><b>Edited
