States are losing marlboro cigarettes millions of dollars as more people buy cigarettes from Internet tobacco vendors to avoid state taxes, according to a report the U.S. General Accounting cheap cigarettes discount Office released in August online cigarettes.

The report identified 147 Web marlboro cigarettes sites selling cigarettes in the United States. None of the Web sites posted information indicating compliance with the Jenkins Act, which requires "any person who sells and ships cigarettes across a state line to a buyer, other than a licensed discount cigarettes distributor, to report the sale to the buyer's state tobacco tax administrator." Companies that sell cigarettes online are required to comply with the Jenkins Act marlboro cigarettes.

Seventy-eight percent of dute free cigarettes the Web marlboro cigarettes sites indicated noncompliance with the act online cigarettes.

"We're pro-freedom," said Mike Tome, C.E.O. of discount cigarettes Cheapsmokesbymail.com, a Web site tobacco vendor.

Tome's company is based out of the Allegany dute free cigarettes Indian Reservation in Salamanca, N.Y.
