- My opinion -
The Queen of the Damned is my favourite Anne Rice book. To explain exactly why would take a while. Most sections of the book interest me but in particular the gathering of the immortals of all ages was amazing to me. I loved discovering the story of the twins and I believe that linking Akasha and Enkil with the legends of Osiris and Isis was a stroke of genius. Besides this is the only book where my favourite character Khayman features.
