Hello and welcome!

I cannot really explain my attraction to the Vampire Chronicles, I could go on for hours! Go and visit the articles page, there is an interesting piece there which attempts to explain the fan following and the reasons for the popularity of the Vampire Chronicles. Most Riceans instinctively know don't they? (;

Each named vampire in the Ricean vampire chronicles has their own page with images, profiles, links and more. You will notice I am quite fond of the graphic novels. I do hope you enjoy the pictures.

Unfortunately I do not own all the graphic novels but I do have the Vampire Lestat and 4 issues of the Queen of the Damned. The reason I have these pictures up here is because I used to surf the net in search of pictures of them, but I could find very little. So I decided to share them with everyone. I know not everyone will like them but I consider them beautiful and I admire the artists. Some of the vampires featured seem closer to their descriptions than others, you can make up your own mind on this point. Please understand of course I did not make these drawings, no copyright infringement is intended against Innovation or Anne Rice.

This is an excellent group shot of the vampires, from the graphic novel. The scene is when Akasha and Lestat first arrive at the Sonoma Compound. Please click on the picture for a full size version. There you will also find a list of the vampires who appear in the picture.

You will notice I have not included Bianca, the Elder and the other nameless vampires. I am aware of this. No one can be sure if Bianca ever was a vampire so for that reason I have not included her. As for the others well, I'm sure no one minds me leaving them shrouded in mystery.

I have not retold the vampire's history on their pages since most people will already know it. If you don't, I suggest you buy an Anne Rice vampire chronicle now!
I warn you, these pages contain spoliers. You will also find my opinions. I am a little opinionated but I mean that in a good way. My views are unconventional. I like to be different. Actually I don't deliberately try to be different, it's just the way I am.
