I have read in walkthroughs that you need 24 rockets to beat the spider-creature. I
only have 22 rockets. Am I stuck?
I didn't have that many rockets when I passed this level (around 5 or so) and I beat him with pistols in the end.
What you need to do is have your pistol locked on with just one arm for this as it requires that it's behind you.
He'll chase you in one direction and you have to be running away in the same direction too. What you're aiming to do is
to have the camera show behind Lara so you can see him and see around Lara's feet so that you can steer at
the same time. If you can keep on running around, eventually he'll get stunned and you can sprint off and get an artefact
and sprint back in again (PC players may want to save here to make the job easier but do it on a seperate slot as
you can destroy your chances by taking too long).
Be warned that this is very hard and it took me an hour or so to beat him in the end. Be prepared to do
an amazing piece of driving for this (you'll see what I mean when you're running around the ring).
Once you've collected all four artefacts, the next time you stun him he'll be dead and you can continue with the level.
Note that it's good to use up your shotty ammo etc. here too as this is the last level (not including the secret) and you won't
need to drive for so long. It may be wise to keep some Desert Eagle ammo handy though as there are some human encounters
later on in the level.
